All apps side by side
Compare every app in one table: MRR, this month's profit, 30-day margin, people today, growth, what needs attention and how fresh the data is.
All apps puts every app you can open in one table, with a total row, so you see the whole portfolio at once.
Open it
- Phone: tap the grid chip next to the app chips at the top (shown when you have two or more apps). On tablets it’s in the side panel.
- On the web: open the app switcher and choose All apps.
What each row shows
- MRR, profit this month so far and margin over 30 days (net revenue minus AI cost).
- Today: people active today.
- Growth: (new + came back) ÷ gone over 4 weeks, green above 1.
- Attention: billing issues and users at risk.
- Last data: when the app last sent anything. A moon means nothing came for 3 days: a free Supabase project may be paused after a week without use. Wake it in the Supabase dashboard.
Tap an app to open it. Each person sees only the numbers they may see in each app; the rest stay blank. Apps locked on your plan keep their place with a note.
