When your plan drops: locked apps

When a paid plan ends and you have more apps than the new plan allows, the extra apps are locked. Nothing is deleted: they open again exactly as they were when you upgrade.

Choose which apps stay open

1. You see Your plan dropped on the plan card in Settings, with Pick.
2. On Which apps stay open?, tick the apps to keep. The plan says how many it keeps open.
3. Tap Keep these apps open.

If you don’t choose, the app you open most stays open.

What changes on the lower plan

• Locked apps show a lock on their chip and the Locked pill in Settings.
• Locked apps send no notifications, and their webhooks pause.
• History goes down to the plan’s limit (7 days on Free).
• Only the first services up to the plan’s limit are read (3 on Free).

For team members

If the owner’s plan drops, members see “This team’s plan dropped. The apps open again when the owner renews or picks them.” Members can’t pick apps; the owner can.

Get them back

Tap Renew the plan, or upgrade from Settings → See plans. Locked apps open again right away, with their settings, services and history.
