Invite your team and set permissions
Invite people to your Cockpitify workspace as admin, viewer or custom, and choose per app and area who can see and who can change what.
On the Team plan you can invite up to five people to your workspace and decide, per app and area, what each of them can see and change. Notifications follow those permissions.
Invite someone
- Open Settings → Plan and team → Team, then your workspace.
- Tap Invite someone.
- Enter their Email. They must sign in to Cockpitify with this address.
- Choose a Role (below).
- Tap Send invitation.
The invitation is valid for 7 days and counts toward the people limit once accepted. They get an email, and they also see it in the app when they sign in. Open invitations can be sent again or cancelled from the Team screen.
Roles

There is one owner per workspace, and ownership can’t be transferred yet.
Custom permissions
For a Custom member, choose:
- Apps they can open: which of your apps they see.
- Area permissions: for each area, None, View or Edit.
The areas are Users; Revenue and subscriptions; AI cost and margin; Profit and ads; Services and balances; Analytics; Releases; and Webhooks. Turn on at least one area in one app.
A member only gets notifications from the areas they can see, and can still turn each category on or off for themselves.
Change or remove a member
Tap a member on the Team screen to change their role or areas, then tap Save. Remove from team takes away their access right away.
Accept an invitation
When you’re invited, the app shows You’re invited to a team with who invited you and what you’ll see. Tap Join or Decline. Joining is free; the owner pays. You can leave later from the Team screen with Leave the team.
What members see
- Screens they can view but not change show a View only pill.
- Areas they can’t see say You can’t see this area.
- Only the owner and admins see Repair and Update; only the owner can remove an app.
