Cockpitify Help

Find your way around the app

The four tabs, the app switcher, the Summary screen and where every other screen lives, on phones and tablets.

Cockpitify has four tabs per app: Summary, Users, Margin and Services. Everything else is reached from those tabs, the bell or Settings.

Phones and tablets

  • Phones: the tabs are at the bottom. At the top you have a row of app chips, a + chip to add an app, the bell for notifications and the gear for Settings.
  • Tablets: the tabs move to a side panel. On wide screens the panel also lists your apps, Notifications, Settings and your account. Lists such as Users open the detail next to the list.

Switch between apps

Tap an app’s chip at the top (or its name in the side panel). A chip with a lock is an app that is locked on your current plan; see When your plan drops.

Summary

The Summary tab answers “how is the app doing?” at a glance:

  • Range: switch between 7d, 30d and 90d.
  • Tiles: Members (and how many joined this week), Premium with the conversion rate, active members in 7 days, new members, AI cost, and guest devices that use the app without an account.
  • Alerts: users who passed the daily AI limit, services about to run out or over budget, and services that couldn’t be read.
  • Charts: new sign-ups and daily active members.
  • Recent events: new members, purchases, ended subscriptions, low balances and more. Tap Show all for the full list.
  • Breakdowns: premium plans, platform and language.
  • Links: Map, Feature usage and Release health.

Warning cards appear at the top when something needs you: a paused project, an incomplete setup, or notifications that don’t reach this phone. Each one has a button that fixes it or takes you there.

Users

Search and filter everyone who signed up, and open a user to see their plan, activity, revenue and AI cost. See Users and user details.

Margin

Revenue against AI cost, user by user, and the app’s monthly profit. See Read the Margin tab and Monthly profit.

Services

Balances, spend and quotas of the services you pay for, plus the RevenueCat card. See Add a service.

Notifications inbox

Tap the bell to see the last 30 days of notifications, grouped by day. Opening the inbox clears the badge, and tapping an item opens the related screen.

Settings

The gear opens Settings, with four sections: Plan and team, Apps, Notifications and Account.
