Cockpitify Help

Set up notifications

Allow push notifications, choose instant, hourly digest or off for each category, and use the inbox in Cockpitify.

Cockpitify sends a push when something happens in your app: a new sign-up, a purchase, a low balance, a project that stops answering. You choose which ones, and how.

Allow notifications on this phone

Cockpitify doesn’t ask at launch. Allow notifications from the Allow notifications card after connecting an app, or here:

  1. Open Settings → Notifications.
  2. Under This phone, tap Allow.

If it says Notifications off, they’re blocked in the phone’s settings. Tap Open settings and turn them on for Cockpitify. While they’re blocked, the Summary tab shows Notifications don’t reach this phone.

Choose what you get

Each category can be Instant or Off. New user can also be an Hourly digest: one notification with the last hour’s sign-ups.

The inbox

Tap the bell at the top to see the last 30 days, grouped by Today, Yesterday and date. Tap Older to load more. Opening the inbox clears the badge, and tapping a notification opens the related screen.

Not getting notifications?

  • Check Settings → Notifications → This phone says Notifications on.
  • Check the category isn’t Off.
  • A locked app sends no notifications; see When your plan drops.
  • Low balance alerts fire once per threshold and re-arm only after the balance goes back up.
  • If the project is paused, nothing can be detected until it wakes up. See Troubleshooting.
