Users and user details

The Users tab lists everyone who signed up in your app, read straight from your Supabase project.

Find a user

• Type in Search users to search by name, email or ID.
• Use the chips to filter: All, Premium, Free and Losing money. Losing money shows users whose AI cost was higher than what they paid over the last 30 days.
• The number on the right of each row is the user’s Margin · 30d when you have margin data, otherwise Last active.
• Use Previous and Next to page through long lists.

On a tablet, the selected user’s details open next to the list.

What a user’s page shows

• Pills at the top: Premium, Family or Free with the plan, platform and app version, language and location.
• Active days · 30 days.
• Margin · 30 days: net revenue, ad revenue, AI cost and the daily average. Warnings tell you when the premium price doesn’t cover the AI cost, when a free user is costing you money, or when AI cost jumped compared with the week before.
• Revenue events from RevenueCat: purchases, renewals, plan changes, cancellations, expiries and billing issues. Trials and test purchases are tagged.
• AI usage · 30 days per model or service, if you track AI cost.
• Account: email, sign-in method, sign-up date, last sign-in, last active and language.
• Feature usage and Screens, if you set up usage tracking.
• Subscription: the renewal or end date.
